We start with the recipe. We make the caramel with Bacon Fat, then when it is cooling we stir in more pieces of bacon, and then after we hand dip it in our Dark Chocolate, we top it with a piece of bacon.
That way you get bacon in the outside, on the inside and as the last taste.
